The Invesco S&P International Developed Momentum ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P World Ex-U.S. Momentum Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index tracks the performance of stocks in the S&P World Ex-U.S Momentum Index that have the highest momentum score. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually on the third Friday of March and September. As of 08/31/2025 the Fund had an overall rating of 5 stars out of 650 funds and was rated 5 stars out of 650 funds, 5 stars out of 618 funds and 5 stars out of 463 funds for the 3-, 5- and 10- year periods, respectively.
