The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is comprised of companies with significant exposure to technologies or products that contribute to future software development through direct revenue. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced after the close of trading on the second Friday of March, June, September and December.
