The State Street SPDR ICE Preferred Securities ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the ICE Exchange-Listed Fixed & Adjustable Rate Preferred Securities Index (the "Index"). Seeks to provide exposure to preferred securities that are non-convertible, have a par amount of $25, and maintain a minimum par value of $250 million. The Index holdings are required to be rated investment grade by either Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or S&P Global Ratings.
