It seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity securities of issuers in developed markets excluding the United States and Canada that exhibit certain characteristics that the Adviser believes to be indicative of positive future returns as well as incorporating favorable environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") characteristics based on a model developed by WisdomTree Asset Management. The fund is non-diversified.
