The State Street SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities IndexSM (the "Index"). Seeks to provide exposure to the publicly traded real estate securities in the U.S., as well as, developed and emerging markets. For inclusion in the index, companies must be both an equity owner and operator of commercial and/or residential real estate, have a minimum float adjusted market capitalization of at least $200 million, derive at least 75% of its total revenue from the ownership and operation of real estate assets
