About HeatMap Finance
A modern ETF research platform: heatmaps, AI analysis, and portfolio tools, built around the conviction that the data should be transparent and the visualization should do real work.
Why we built this
Most ETF research tools are stuck in a 2010 mindset: single-fund pages, generic screeners, and dashboards that bury the signal under a wall of tabs. We wanted something faster - a single platform where you can see every US and Canadian ETF on a heatmap, drill into the geography, and have an AI that actually understands the question you're asking.
HeatMap Finance is built around three convictions: every ETF deserves first-class data; pricing should be transparent and fair (one Plus tier, no enterprise surcharges); and the visualization should let you see correlations that lists hide.
What you get
Coverage of 4,000+ ETFs across the NYSE, NASDAQ, TSX, and Cboe, including leveraged, inverse, thematic, and active funds. Every fund has live (or near-live) pricing, AUM, expense ratios, holdings, geographic exposure, and dividend history.
Atlas, our AI analyst, runs on three tiers - Pulse (free), Index (Plus), and Alpha (Pro). It pulls live data from the same pipeline the heatmap uses, so every answer is anchored to current numbers, not training data.
And every view is shareable. Watchlists, screener saves, portfolio profiles, all exportable as PNG, CSV, or a public URL. We treat your data as yours.
How we keep it honest
Every chart in the app is rendered from data the user can verify: prices, dividends, and corporate actions come from a single audited pipeline, and AI analysis is grounded in the data the page is showing. No black-box "proprietary signals" - if you can't see where a number came from, it isn't in the product.
When data is missing or stale, we say so explicitly. ETF metadata is refreshed nightly, prices every minute during market hours, dividends within 24 hours of a record date.
Who we are
HeatMap Finance is built and operated by Parsa Mivehchi (EIT), an engineer based in British Columbia. The platform is independent, not affiliated with any brokerage, fund issuer, or data vendor, which means we can call out fee creep and tracking error as we see them.
